Candidate Profile:

  • A Master's degree (or higher) in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries, with knowledge of the EV sector being a plus.
  • Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems and testing methodologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AIAG Core Tools, IATF16949, or VDA 6.3 is beneficial.
  • Experience in auditing and excellent communication skills are highly valued.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possessing a structured approach.
  • Innovative, agile, and capable of developing out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and willingness to travel are essential.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and fluency in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
