Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Make daily rounds to evaluate the physical and emotional condition of residents, identify their needs, and implement necessary interventions.
  • Supervise and lead a team of LPNs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed as a Nurse in the State.
  • Previous work experience in a long-term care setting, with supervisory experience and organizational skills preferred.
  • Excellent technical assessment and documentation skills, as well as leadership qualities.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
