We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Interventional Radiology team at Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
- Implement and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - American Heart Association (preferred)
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (preferred)
