Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Therapist for Schools, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
  • Monitor and track student progress towards IEP goals.
  • Provide speech therapy in individual or small group settings.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and communication.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech goals into classroom activities.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational goal setting.
Requirements
  • Current WA State License
  • Master in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • PDE Teaching Certificate
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
