The Lead Service Technician plays a crucial role in overseeing all tune-up, diagnostic, and repair services, along with additional tasks as assigned by the Shop Manager or Assistant Shop Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and conducting preventive maintenance as required

Filling staffing gaps as directed by customer demand and assisting in oil change areas when necessary

Managing shop supply inventory and alerting the Shop Manager for necessary reorders

Building trustworthy relationships with customers through honest and competent service

Qualifications:
Dedication to excellence in all service levels

Extensive automotive experience

A.S.E. Certification in Engine Performance, Engine Repair, and Brakes (preferred)

Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor

Enthusiastic attitude coupled with a robust work ethic

Professional appearance

Valid state driver's license
