Position Summary

We are looking for dedicated Security Officers to enhance our patrol operations. In this role, your main duty will be to ensure a secure and safe atmosphere. You will safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel while deterring any unlawful or inappropriate activities. The ideal candidate will possess a background in safety and security, demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine patrols of designated areas on foot, by vehicle, or using other specified means of transportation.
  • Oversee security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control points to identify and address security violations or suspicious behavior.
  • Take necessary actions to remove unauthorized individuals.
  • Keep precise and comprehensive records of patrols, incidents, and activities, detailing observations, actions taken, and any pertinent information.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other external agencies as required to assist in security operations and response initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • California BSIS Guard Card is mandatory
  • California BSIS Firearms License is required
  • Prior experience as a Security Officer or in a related role is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • Exceptional written communication skills and report writing capabilities
  • Ability to operate surveillance technology
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong observational abilities
  • Capacity to work independently without direct supervision
