**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Grievance Management Specialist to join our team at LaSalle Corrections. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and investigate detainee grievances, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with institutional policies.
  • Develop and administer policies and procedures related to institutional services and security.
  • Conduct investigations into employee misconduct and ensure compliance in all areas.
  • Train institutional staff on detainee grievance procedures and conduct research related to detainee lawsuits.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Estimated Salary:** $18.44 per hour
