Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage prequalification processes, assist with monthly pay applications, and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the prequalification process for new subcontractors, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the preparation and processing of monthly pay applications, including data collection, invoice verification, and issue resolution.
  • Establish strong relationships with subcontractors to address concerns related to Textura, shop drawings, and contract documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of submittal packages, insurance certificates, and other critical documents.
  • Deliver training and support to colleagues on project management software and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or administration preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
  • Superior communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, specifically CMiC and Textura.
