Cage Supervisor

Join our team as a Supervisor - Cage at Seminole Gaming, where you will be responsible for the direct supervision of cashiering functions.

• Manage cage inventory, including Chip Bank, Main Bank, Marker Bank, Vault, Kiosk, Jackpot, and Poker Cage.
• Deal with customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are followed.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise directly assigned personnel.
• Promote positive public and employee relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.

• High school diploma or GED required, with one to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of cage, banking, and/or cashiering experience, and one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide by fractions, whole numbers, and decimals.
• Ability to calculate interest, commission, and percentages as it applies to job functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff and patrons.

The duties and responsibilities of this job are typically performed in the back of house of the casino, which can be fast-paced with excessive noise. You may also be required to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area, where you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors.
