We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spiritual Care Minister to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide spiritual support and care to our patients, families, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide spiritual care and support to patients, families, and caregivers in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to understand their spiritual needs and provide personalized support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement spiritual care plans that promote patient-centered care.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on spiritual care topics, such as grief, loss, and end-of-life care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as theology, divinity, or pastoral ministry.
  • 1 year of experience in pastoral care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
