Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health RN to join our team in Warren, Michigan.

Job Description:

We are currently hiring Home Health RNs with previous OASIS experience for contracts in Warren, Michigan, and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for a new challenge or a change of pace, we want to connect with you to help you fuel your career.

Home Health RN Contract Details:

  • Competitive pay package: $1,800 - $1,962 per week*
    SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
    Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
    Weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
    Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
    *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

  • OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
    Electronic Charting experience
    Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
    Most contracts require some on-call
    Current Michigan RN License
    American Heart Association BLS
    Valid U.S. Driver's License
