Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for educating customers about insurance options and working with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Provide timely and thorough activity reports to our agent.
Requirements
  • Sales experience and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas are preferred.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks is essential.
  • Self-motivation and ability to make presentations to potential customers are required.
  • A Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license are necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
