Clinical Nutritionist

Sodexo is seeking a part-time Clinical Nutritionist to join our team at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center in Kalkaska, MI.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on education level and years of experience.

The Clinical Nutritionist will work primarily with long-term care residents, as well as some acute and sub-acute care patients. The ideal candidate will have:

• Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in MI;
• Previous long-term care experience a plus;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Good time management skills be a self-starter and a team player; and/or
• The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.

The successful candidate will provide nutritional care for acute care, long-term care and short-term rehab patients and residents; perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays; and educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses.
