Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an Outpatient Clinic setting, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Active and unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 2 years of current experience in an Outpatient Clinic setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
