Director of Manufacturing - Essential Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute strategic manufacturing initiatives to boost production efficiency and profitability.
2. Oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure alignment with company policies and quality benchmarks.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless operations and timely product delivery.
4. Assess and refine existing manufacturing methodologies for ongoing improvement.
5. Lead and cultivate a high-achieving manufacturing team focused on innovation and collaboration.
6. Track production metrics and generate performance reports for upper management.
7. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment for the manufacturing division.
8. Establish quality assurance programs to uphold superior production standards.
9. Conduct performance assessments and manage employee relations as necessary.
10. Stay updated on the latest manufacturing best practices and technological advancements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in senior manufacturing leadership.
3. Proven expertise in performance assessment and team leadership.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
5. Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
6. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
7. Effective communication and teamwork skills with cross-functional groups.
8. Proficiency in manufacturing management software.
