Job Title: Electrician Technician

Daugherty Ranches LLC is seeking an experienced Electrician Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electrician Technician to assist our electrical team in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. The successful candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, wire, and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures, including receptacles, switches, circuit breakers, fuse boxes, transformers, switchboards, motors, and electrical panel boards.
  • Locate and diagnose problems in the electrical system or equipment, and work standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring and electrical equipment.
  • Maintain and operate electrical systems, equipment, and appliances, and respond to all electrical emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance to National Electrical Code and company standards when wiring equipment.
  • Perform proper electrical hook-ups of equipment to power sources, label all receptacles and power sources from panels and circuit breakers, and prepare electrical schematic documentation of all work performed.
  • Requisition supplies when necessary to complete assignments.
  • Ensure that all applicable safety policies and codes are enforced and followed.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, shop, and work areas in the best possible condition for maximum production and safety.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience as an Electrician Helper or Apprentice.
  • Ability to develop, read, understand, and interpret schematics and blueprints.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to understand any and all safety requirements.
  • Ability to perform the physical labor necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the company's business.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License.
  • Successful completion of a thorough background investigation and reference check.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50lbs without limitation.
  • No bending, twisting, reaching, standing limitations.
  • Continually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
  • Working conditions can vary greatly depending on the job site and time of year. You must be able to perform your work in extreme heat, cold, muddy, wet, windy, and dry conditions.
Compensation:

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Daugherty Ranches LLC provides a range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of things including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other related factors. The starting pay for this position is between $32-$38 per hour.
