Key Responsibilities- Medical Directorship: Serve as the Medical Director for our inpatient rehabilitation unit, overseeing the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs and services.
- Patient Care: Evaluate and treat patients with a range of medical conditions, providing personalized care and developing treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
- Leadership: Lead interdisciplinary team conferences and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Education and Training: Provide educational programs and training sessions for healthcare professionals and patients, promoting best practices in rehabilitation and patient care.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board required.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
