Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing daily routine nursing care and services to our residents, particularly those living with dementia. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily routines, personal care, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Provide services that support the care delivered to residents, including reviewing care plans and reporting observations.
  • Participate in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care, and identify staff educational needs.
  • Conduct daily resident programming and activities, and ensure confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or the Executive Director.
Requirements
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent required.
  • One (1) year Nursing Assistant experience or student nurse preferred.
  • Experience working with the elderly is desirable.
  • CPR certified and first aid training preferred.
  • Completion of certification program for Nursing Assistants in Tennessee.
