Job Title: S4HANA Funds Management Consultant

Baer is seeking an experienced S/4HANA Funds Management Consultant to join our team for a 6-month Federal project located in Harrisburg, PA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in S/4HANA Funds Management to lead workshops, design and integrate master data, configure best practices, and execute data mapping and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workshops to gather, define, and document business requirements for Funds Management in S/4 HANA environment.
  • Design and integrate master data with related objects in other Finance modules, ensuring a cohesive system setup.
  • Configure Funds Management best practices in the development environment for Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Execute data mapping, conversion, and migration activities for Funds Management in coordination with the overall data migration strategy.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop functional specifications and provide guidance on testing needs for FM-related processes.
  • Leverage knowledge of FM integration scenarios with other SAP modules such as Grants Management, Procurement, Human Experience Management (HXM), and Concur.
  • Familiarity with standard FM reports and ability to develop custom analytical queries to meet specific business needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience with public sector projects, particularly within state and local governments.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA Funds Management implementations, from configuration to go-live.
  • Experience with creating and managing process flows using Signavio Process Manager is highly desired.
  • Strong familiarity with FM integration scenarios involving Grants Management, Procurement, HXM, and Concur.
  • Bachelor's Degree
