Heavy Duty Diesel Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Duty Diesel Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately troubleshooting, repairing, and diagnosing both routine maintenance and emergency services. This position will work closely with other technicians to ensure all work scheduled is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction.
This role will work on 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of EGR/emissions control systems, foundation, air, and ABS brake systems, and DC electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing failures of vehicles including disassembling, repairing, and reassembling parts as needed.
- Troubleshooting electrical and air systems issues.
- Performing preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
- Repairing diesel trucks, including (but not limited to) repairing engines, alignments, suspension, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Inspecting brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other vital parts to ensure that our customers are in proper operating conditions.
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
