Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Define test requirements and automate test procedures to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Software Development Monitoring: Monitor every phase of the software development process, including design, development, testing, debugging, and delivery.
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: Maintain quality standards of the software at every stage and ensure the final product meets customer requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and implement strategies for quality management and testing.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Contribute to internal root cause analysis programs.
  • Communication: Communicate findings and establish preventative action measures with customer engagement.
  • Quality Improvement: Use proactive tools like DFMEA/PFMEA to identify quality control issues before they happen.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, which includes a base pay range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
