Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products from design to delivery.
Responsibilities- Quality Management: Define test requirements and automate test procedures to ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Software Development Monitoring: Monitor every phase of the software development process, including design, development, testing, debugging, and delivery.
- Maintaining Quality Standards: Maintain quality standards of the software at every stage and ensure the final product meets customer requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and implement strategies for quality management and testing.
- Root Cause Analysis: Contribute to internal root cause analysis programs.
- Communication: Communicate findings and establish preventative action measures with customer engagement.
- Quality Improvement: Use proactive tools like DFMEA/PFMEA to identify quality control issues before they happen.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and customers.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
We offer a competitive salary, which includes a base pay range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
