Job Summary

This role contributes to the success of Starbucks and Price Chopper by leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners. The Starbucks manager is responsible for regularly exercising discretion in managing the overall operation of the Starbucks department, including supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing department financial performance, and managing safety and security within the department.

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services' total compensation and benefits package, which includes 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
