Job Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented cleaning professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain office buildings and facilities by sweeping, vacuuming, and damp mopping hard surface floors, and vacuuming carpeted floors.
  • Dust and clean work surfaces, furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces to ensure a spotless and organized environment.
  • Restroom maintenance including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
  • Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
  • Clean entrance glass and other interior glass to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Respond promptly to customer work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety protocols, door lock policies, time and attendance procedures, and uniform standards.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners, and report any maintenance issues to your supervisor.
  • Remove trash and replace liners in waste containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Education and work history demonstrating a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work at an efficient pace.
  • Reliability and ability to maintain a consistent attendance record.
  • Physical ability to lift 35 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Compensation:

$14.00 per hour.
