Nurse Care Specialist

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel
Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment
Current CPR certification
Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties
Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques
Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment
