Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic treatment team in Durham, NC. As a Registered Nurse with Milan Laser Company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding aesthetic results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and procedures
  • Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to drive business growth and success
  • Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care
  • Record accurate and detailed medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records
  • Ensure a professional and clean work environment, including preparing treatment rooms between patients
  • Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure optimal functionality
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as needed to discuss patient treatment plans
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Visual acuity to assess clients' skin and operate the laser
