Job Title: Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom space that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children to meet their unique needs and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and families through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build a dynamic and supportive team environment that promotes a love of learning and a growth mindset.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months of experience required.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
Compensation:

$24.00 per hour
