This position requires strong mechanical or chemical engineering knowledge and the ability to work with various equipment types, including pumps, compressors, blowers, chillers, piping, vessels, hydraulics, and process assemblies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with local plants and corporate reliability teams to develop and implement asset management strategies.
  • Assist site maintenance and operations teams with reliability issues.
  • Develop and maintain RCA programs to address major failures and implement solutions for sites and corporate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Significant experience in asset management, reliability engineering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Potential travel required for training and site visits (up to 10%).
