**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist

**Location:** Muncy, PA

**Estimated Salary:** $25.00 per hour base rate

At Interim HealthCare of North Central Pennsylvania, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require skilled rehabilitation services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians and licensed practitioners to evaluate patient function and develop tailored plans of care.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments to monitor patient progress.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary assessments and develop treatment plans in partnership with patients and caregivers.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions in alignment with physician orders and professional standards.
  • Educate and counsel patients and families to promote understanding and compliance with treatment goals.

**Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Preferred: At least two years of relevant experience within the last five years.
