Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at SPX FLOW, Inc. in Delavan, WI. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce machined parts and components for shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools, including drill presses, lapping machines, and grinding machines.
  • Load and edit programs via simulation to ensure accurate production.
  • Make necessary offset adjustments to CNC machines and inspect machined parts for quality control.
  • Process work orders via SAP in a timely manner and assist manufacturing engineering in process improvements.
  • Train other employees as needed and assist other departments with set up and running of manual and CNC machines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; or combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years machining experience preferred, with experience with mills and/or lathes.
  • Previous set-up experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and process instructions, as well as basic math skills and computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work accurately with keyboard and monitor interfaced with mainframe computer.
