Beauty Consultant

As a Beauty Advisor at Charlotte Tilbury, you will serve as an ambassador for our brand, embodying our values and connecting with our customers. Your primary objective is to maximize top-line sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive financial results in-store by meeting or exceeding sales targets, including metrics like Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).
- Communicate and manage agreed goals with the team to ensure alignment and success.
- Develop expertise in retail artistry brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries efficiently, using sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes and build trust.
- Foster partnerships with the Account Executive and Area Trainer to enhance team training and development, ensuring adherence to Charlotte Tilbury standards.
- Proactively anticipate staffing needs, sourcing talent to meet business objectives and maintain a ready bench for freelance and permanent staff.
- Determine individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plan.
- Analyze business performance, proactively planning strategies for day-to-day operations and events.
- Promote the Tilbury Touch consistently, setting an example for the team and customers.
- Maintain an atmosphere of open communication, professionalism, and creativity through team meetings and collaborative management.
- Ensure the counter is 'customer-ready' from opening to closing hours.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock files.
- Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the marketing team.
- Manage technology on the counter.
- Raise operational issues for timely resolution.
