Microbiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our team at Compunnel Inc. as a Sensory Panel Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our product development team with various sensory projects, including difference panels, attribute training, and team tastings.

• Assist product development team with sensory projects, including preparing references, samples, and setting up panel rooms.
• Conduct sensory tests using the Eye Question program and serve samples during panels.
• Clean and maintain the panel room, sample prep lab, and booths.
• Help maintain general cleaning of the sensory space and assist with restocking panel room, booths, and sensory lab area.
• Comply with Food Safety, EHS, and PPE policies and document all information to protect and ensure any and all patentable advances in technology.
• Manage multiple tasks on a deadline basis and work effectively with a team as well as independently.

• Lab experience
• Kitchen experience is a plus
