Job Description
At JOE HUDSON'S COLLISION CENTER, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Collision Painting Expert, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal. Your primary responsibility will be to complete high-quality paint repairs assigned in the shortest time possible while ensuring exceptional customer service. In addition to your technical skills, you will also be required to communicate clearly with colleagues and management regarding any obstacles or issues that may arise during the repair process.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Mix and match paint to achieve the desired color and finish.
  2. Ensure quality paint repairs through prepping, blending formulas, top coat application, and curing.
  3. Identify cause and correct any deficiencies that may occur during the painting process, including blistering and streaking.
  4. Meet our OE and I-CAR standards.
  5. Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., air sprayers, sanders, etc.).
  6. Follow protocols provided for repairs.
  7. Prep vehicles for painting as necessary.
  8. Strong, consistent attention to detail.
  9. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
  10. Positive, can-do attitude with the desire to work in a team setting.
  11. Comply with all JHCC safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
  12. Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
