Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including flossing and brushing twice daily.
  • Use x-ray machines to take photos of patients' teeth, enabling dentists to identify cavities or other oral health issues.
  • Ensure patients feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after examinations.
  • Perform preliminary dental examinations to gather an overview of patients' oral health history for dentists.
  • Advise patients on post-procedure care for their teeth.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and commitment to HIPAA regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Associate's degree in dental hygiene; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene.
  • Dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located.

Compensation: $55-57 hourly + Bonus
