We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Catheterization Lab team at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care to adult patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures and specialized radiology procedures.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs, and provide ongoing care and support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities, including staff assignments, patient care coordination, and communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Two years' experience as a Critical Care staff nurse.
- Experience in intensive care nursing (ICU/ER).
- Additional courses in physiology and hemodynamic monitoring and EKG interpretation.
