Hydrographic Surveyor

Atlas Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Hydrographic Surveyor to join our team. As a Hydrographic Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys using a variety of equipment, collecting and processing data to create detailed charts and maps of the ocean floor and underwater features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting surveys using equipment such as 4DNavView, VSoft, and other specialized tools.
• Collecting and processing data to create detailed charts and maps of the ocean floor and underwater features.
• Collaborating with geologists, geophysicists, and other professionals to interpret survey data and make recommendations for safe navigation.
• Participating in the planning and execution of hydrographic surveys, including the selection of survey locations and the deployment of equipment.
• Keeping accurate records of survey data and results.
• Complying with all regulatory requirements related to hydrographic surveying, including data management and dissemination.

Requirements:

Experience using 4DNavView, VSoft, and other specialized tools. Certifications in BOSIET w/ CAEBS, OGUK Medical, and a valid passport. Must be a permanent resident/US Citizen or be able to work in the United States without work sponsorship/sponsored VISA.
