Job Title: Sales Representative

About the Role:
Whittingham is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.

Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
