Gymnastics Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics classes to children aged 3 and above.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging gymnastics lesson plans that meet the needs of our participants.
• Provide expert instruction and guidance to children, promoting their physical and emotional development.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor participant progress, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient class environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in gymnastics instruction, with a strong background in teaching and coaching.
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Oxygen Administration.
• Availability to work throughout the school year.
• Prior experience in teaching intermediate-level gymnastics classes is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, with a strong emphasis on physical stamina and endurance.
