Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 + commission

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, 3+ years of experience with Building Automation Systems and integrated systems industry, and strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.

You should also have knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of the construction process and owner-direct negotiated process.

A proven track record of successfully selling traditional plan & spec bid and design-build projects to contractors and direct to owners is essential.
