About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to join our team at Regis Corporate. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon, including managing a team of stylists, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of stylists and manage scheduling to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the salon and attract new customers.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team of stylists.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in staff management, recruitment, training, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Up-to-date Florida cosmetology or Barber license.
