We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences Total Well-being Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical therapy needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives.
- Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
