We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our Commercial Marketing Department at Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the team's social media strategy, including content planning, community engagement, and paid advertising.

About the Role

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to formulate content strategies designed to support brand positioning, engage targeted audiences, and deliver value to commercial partners. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for motorsports and digital marketing with a fast-paced and dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including content planning, community engagement, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to formulate content strategies designed to support brand positioning, engage targeted audiences, and deliver value to commercial partners.
  • Manage vendor relationships for social media analytics and digital marketing tech stack.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, along with full medical and ancillary benefits. On-site Human Performance Center and race day perks are also included.

Qualifications
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite software, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the fast-changing landscape of digital media, particularly in sports and entertainment.
  • Functional knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
