Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at Winner Regional Health. As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing technical laboratory testing, assisting with laboratory duties, and maintaining quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform full range of laboratory tests and communicate with medical staff regarding laboratory procedures and results.
  • Assist with all laboratory duties as needed and other duties assigned by the Laboratory Manager.
  • Maintain quality control checks and troubleshoot instrumentation.
  • Develop and maintain department quality assurance standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a medical technologist/medical laboratory technician program.
  • Current medical technologist license.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working Conditions

The Medical Technologist will interact with patients of all ages and will be required to wear a name tag provided by Winner Regional Health. The job requires the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
