Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance team and ensure that all quality control processes are in place and functioning effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, protocols, and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality assurance team members on quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality control issues.
  • Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, biology, or chemistry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and developing quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Working Conditions:
