Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall profitability of our regional operations center. This includes reaching and exceeding financial and referral goals, managing staffing efficiencies, and presenting regular reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business experience in a Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting is preferred.
  • Long Term/Short Term Disability Claims background is preferred.
Major Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the overall production, performance, and quality of the assigned region. This includes planning and organizing daily activities, measuring productivity, and coordinating with other support departments.

  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
  • Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
  • Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and IT and BA to ensure successful production operations.
  • Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for hiring and training new employees, organizing and overseeing schedules and work, conducting performance evaluations, and handling discipline and termination as needed.

  • Hires and trains new employees.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Additional Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for overseeing the deposition process at the request of the client or defense counsel.

Requirements

An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred. Long Term/Short Term Disability Claims background is preferred.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses. Our salary range is $75,000 - $93,750 USD.
