Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the esteemed Hyatt Regency Wichita. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding service to our discerning guests.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in bartending or serving. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and maintain composure under pressure. Additionally, they must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails to exacting standards
  • Engage with guests, respond to inquiries, and provide attentive service
  • Manage inventory, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized bar area
Requirements
  • 21+ years old
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending or serving experience
  • Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food Handlers card
  • Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
