Job Title: VPI Therapist

Casa Central is seeking a compassionate and experienced VPI Therapist to join our team. As a VPI Therapist, you will provide individual and family counseling services to children and families who have been exposed to violence or trauma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct timely intakes of clients' needs, including gathering information over the phone and in-person, and collecting comprehensive data sets from families.
  • Implement timely crisis intervention and safety planning strategies to support survivors of domestic abuse.
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services according to best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a particular focus on Child Parent Psychotherapy.
  • Maintain required documentation on services according to agency and other funding source requirements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on services and program activities for the agency, funders, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC) preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
