Position Summary

Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking committed Strength & Conditioning Coaches (SCC) to enhance the US Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative for the Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT). The Coaches will play a vital role in fostering health and wellness, minimizing injuries, and maximizing performance for military personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings to offer insights on physical training programs and Soldier/unit development.
  • Ensure training initiatives align with industry benchmarks and provide monthly reports.
  • Monitor Soldier/unit progress and recommend enhancements for the H2F System.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure a safe training environment.
  • Coordinate facility schedules for training sessions.
  • Design and execute strength and conditioning programs.
  • Potential travel to assist units at various locations.
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant SCC experience within the past five years.
  • Current certification by NSCA or CSCCA as a CSCS or SCCC.
  • Current BLS or CPR/AED certification from AHA or ARC.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft applications.
  • Able to lift weights up to 45 pounds and meet the physical demands of training.
  • Capable of observing, demonstrating, and correcting training techniques.
  • Must pass a government background check and be a US Citizen.
