Truck Shop Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to lead our heavy-duty truck repair team at Vander Haag's Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck maintenance and repair, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the truck repair shop, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance and repair of commercial trucks and trailers.
- Lead a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve shop efficiency and productivity.
- Manage shop inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on shop performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair.
- Shop foreman or lead tech experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of business operations and management principles.
