We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team at Elm Wood Center in Claremont, NH.

About the Role:
  • As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care.
  • You will assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
  • You will report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • You will participate in the care planning process.
