Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in North Branch, Minnesota.

  • We're looking for an Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1+ years of experience to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with various needs, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
  • The ideal candidate will conduct assessments to identify students' needs and create effective, individualized intervention strategies.
  • They will provide direct therapy services to students, monitor their progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure their success.
  • Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work with students, families, and school staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop IEPs and Therapy Plans: Create individualized education programs and therapy plans that cater to students' diverse needs.
  • Conduct Assessments: Identify students' needs through thorough assessments and create targeted intervention strategies.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Deliver high-quality therapy services to students, monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid OT license or certification in Minnesota.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
